The virtual support group for parents, families, and caregivers of children with disabilities who may need emotional and behavioral support. We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month.

We will offer free 15 minute consultation to discuss your interest in consultations and to prepare for the 1-hour consultation.

To prepare for the free 15-minute consultation, clients will be required to do the following:

• Submit an Consultation Intake Form or a complete the Professional Referral Form if you are a provider referring a client. 
• Review the Clients Rights & Responsibilities, Confidentiality Policy, and the HIPAA policy under "Policies and Procedures" 
• Emailing the acknowledgment page of each form to jalelah@jatifarnsupportservices.com.   

Consultations are currently on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings.  

• Consultations longer than 15 minutes may include an additional fee.

The Autism Meltdown Navigator offers nursing training and evaluation services for individuals with disabilities and are eligible payment with the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority Center (OHCA) Developmental Disabilities Services Division (DDSD) waiver. Nursing training and evaluation services provided must be accompanied by a provider’s order.
